David and I met at Arizona State University in 2007 working in the residence halls and were married in 2011. We live in Tempe, AZ with our little family that includes our two puppies (read: giant dogs), Bailey the Golden Retriever and Walter the Airedale Terrier.
David graduated from ASU in 2008 and currently works for the Federal Government. He enjoys sports (especially tennis as you'll see in Paris), movies, and reading.
Crystal (the I's you see throughout the website) has a PhD in Family and Human Development. She works at ASU and is a researcher by training, photographer by hobby.
We enjoy going to the movies (sometimes for the movie popcorn alone...), supporting the ASU football team, hanging with our puppies, and traveling...duh.

A summer Europe trip became a highly anticipated dream for both David and I about two years before I was going to graduate from my doctoral program. We searched high and low, watched countless DVDs, and David spent numerous hours scouring the internet to decide what would be the best tour for us. We ultimately chose the Rick Steves' 21 day Europe tour and booked our spots about 10 months in advance. Talk about pressure to make sure I graduated on time!
Luckily, graduation went off without a hitch, and three days later we made our way on our dream European tour!
